Our customers are entitled to cancel the sales contract within a 14-day time limit, without specifying the reason, and exercise an unrestrained legal return entitlement. The 14-day period begins with the customer’s receipt of goods. To safeguard the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send a written notice of cancellation (for example, letter, Fax or E-mail) or the goods themselves to:

Firebird GmbH is obligated to refund the amount paid no later than 21 days after the notification by the customer and the return shipment of the goods. The return shipment is at the customer’s expense. Pursuant to § 312d BGB, the return entitlement does not apply to goods that were produced to customers’ specifications (for example, parachute canopies in custom colors, harness-container systems custom made to size, jumpsuits) or clearly tailored to personal needs or requirements, including but not limited to audio and video cassettes, software that has been opened, and goods that because of their qualities are not suitable for return. When the customer makes use of his return entitlement, the goods should be packed in the original packaging, complete (with instruction manuals, etc.), and shipped to the address given above. It must be pointed out, that if goods show signs of use, the amount of compensation will be reduced accordingly. This can be avoided if the customer removes the goods from the packaging only for inspection and testing purposes and does not put them to use before deciding on an eventual return of the goods. |
